Top 10 Changes for the Summer 2007 Season
10.) We had all of our time-outs still in hand as the puck dropped in the first period.
9.) We actually made it through the whole game without our goalie taking a penalty.
8.) Nobody was slashed by our own keeper.
7.) Our crease area actually smelled like lavender and lilacs instead of the usual patchouli and burnt hair.
6.) The puck stayed OUT of our net.
5.) The defense actually ENJOYED blocking the hard shots.
4.) Pinet ran out of material!!
3.) No excrutiating sound of a fan belt in the parking lot.
2.) Everybody on the team now exceeds the 42″ height requirement to ride the go-carts.
1.) Three words: no taint nightmares!!

Great write up but I am sorry to report Diddle’s brakes squeak pretty bad, we just never noticed it over the fan belt noises (I had to look over at who was leaving as I thought Slow was in the parking lot looking to drive through the crowd with his vehicle)
Geez, give to the Diddle brake fund! Lets get these babies fixed.
While I am not a certified mechanic, I am certifiable and can help you change out your brake pads. It is only an 45 minute job and most pads only cost about $25-$35 dollars. I will only change you a 6-pack of beer which is probably closer to the amount you are used to paying when you by your own “pads” at the drug store…
